Amazing graphics and much potential

I am so sad that such an incredible game had issues that cause enough frustration that I have to wonder what the heck they are thinking over in gameloft. Cant even give feedback well so Im posting here. Other than the huge issue of bank space that can only be bought with runes. This recent update is epic but there are no instructions, there are events that keep happening and I dont know what the heck is going on! Global chat has no answers because they are just as confused. There is not even a adequate place on the net for answers. I feel like I bought an item from IKEA and came home to realize the instructions to put it together are in an alien language with no pictures. But wait. IKEA would actually answer a phone or email and help me solve the problem so its actually worse than that.

Gameloft could be the boss of all apps if they did not sit on thrones looking down at us.

I see a company and a game that has so much potential. It is really a fantastic game. I am so sad that I am starting to not want to play because of not understanding these events, and the frustration of being left out.
